Use of our online shop

Daisy Distillery Ltd takes its responsibility towards legal drinking age seriously. You, the buyer, are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the details provided in your order and we will not be obliged to accept an order if all details required are not fully captured or suitable. By using this site, you are confirming that you are of, or above, the minimum age to legally consume alcohol in your country of residence, and from where you are browsing.

Payment

We want to make the payment process as easy as possible for you. Payment can be made online by debit, credit card or PayPal. We only accept payment online at the time of ordering, via credit or debit cards as defined at checkout however if you wish to order over the phone please get in touch.

Daisy Distillery Ltd reserves the right to cancel any order received and refund the total value of the order to the cardholder.

Please note that our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items.

Prices

All prices quoted on the website are in GB Pounds, and include any UK VAT and excise duty payable. Prices are exclusive of delivery costs.

If you are ordering from outside of the UK, please be aware that current exchange rates fluctuate, and that your card provider, or Paypal will calculate their own exchange rate. We are not liable for any change in exchange rate, or for any charges that your card provider or Paypal may charge you. if you are ordering from outside of the UK please be aware that you may be liable for any local tax and excise duties in your country. it is your responsibility to be check this prior to purchase.

We reserve the right to alter prices of our products at any time without prior notice.

Refund policy

You have up to 7 days following delivery of the goods to exchange them for goods of the equivalent value or request a refund. In this case you must notify us of your wish to cancel in writing (by email, via our “contact us" page or by post) and you must return the goods to us at your expense in their original wrapping, intact and accompanied by all accessories and documentation which were part of the delivery within 30 days of receipt.

Please send any return items our company address, with a note inside including the name, order number and postcode of the original order.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund the cost of postage, either of your original order or the return unless the item is faulty.

Delivery

We want you to enjoy your gin as soon as possible, so we always do our best to ensure you receive your order promptly You should expect to receive your order within 7 days of it being placed (within the UK)

International delivery: This service is not available to all countries. Please contact us at steve.davidson@daisydistillery.co.uk before placing your order for us to confirm that this service is available.

All goods are tracked, and must be signed for by the purchaser, who must be over the age of 18 in the UK, or over the legal drinking age in the country of delivery.

Missing or damaged orders: Any order you wish to report as missing or damaged, should be reported within 14 days of the date of order. Outside this time, we cannot consider any claim.
